NFL Championship Weekend – Predictions (Projected odds makers @ Jan.22.2021 – 12:00PM EST)

Sunday Jan.24

Tampa Bay @ Green Bay -3.5
The first contest on Sunday is the one everyone wanted to see. Tom Brady verse Aaron Rodgers is poised to be another classic. The Packers continue to fly with a good balance of both the run and pass games, which provides that solid punch. Facing the Bucs sound rush defense – the pass game will have to be the focal point in how Rodgers moves the ball.

The Buccaneers on the other hand will be without Antonio Brown in this contest, but are no worse for wear with a plethora of talented playmakers on the field. With the maneuvering on the offensive line the past two games (keeping Rob Gronkowski in to block), Brady has seen a clean jersey more often. We all know Brady will bring his A-game to this contest, but it’s their defense that matches extremely well here. The last time these clubs met was back in week six, where Tampa stole the show on the defensive side. With that in the past – this game should be a true dog fight on the frozen tundra.
ADF Pick: TB +3.5 TB 31 GB 26 (W)
SoJash Pick: TB +3.5 TB 31 GB 26 (W)

Buffalo @ Kanas City -3
The prime-time contest holds the two best teams in the AFC, as the Buffalo Bills take travel to Arrowhead to face the super bowl champs. Buffalo has played extremely well since dropping the first meeting against the Chiefs back in week six. Having won 12 games in the last 13 (including playoffs), the Bills have also secured victory eight times by 10-points or more. Josh Allen is writing his own history and the question remains on if the stage will be too big for him. Buffalo’s defense has also been ascending and will be ready to make life difficult on Patrick Mahomes.

The Chiefs this season have somewhat eased to victory as the overall elite punch hasn’t been seen on a constant basis. Having zero games won by 10-points or more, it truly is the wins that mattered over lighting up the scoreboard. The Chiefs ran the ball extremely well the last time these clubs met and the question is, will they return to that game plan? The Bills do struggle to stop tight ends, leaving Travis Kelce a major fear marker for the Bills defense. This should become a shootout as the last team to score could be the winner. The Bills have played far too well to neglect and we have no choice but to side with them here.
ADF Pick: BUF +3 BUF 24 KC 38 (L)
SoJash Pick: KC -3 BUF 24 KC 38 (W)

ADF Championship Record: 1-1 (.500)
@SojashPicks Championship Record: 2-0 (1.000)

As the season began, the Chiefs became the greatest show on turf scoring points at will while putting up record breaking statistics in the process. Patrick Mahomes was turning heads with each performance proving that Andy Reid had made the correct choice to make him the starting quarterback. In the first 11 weeks of the regular season, the Chiefs found themselves to be men playing amongst boys racking up 9 victories while only losing to the Patriots and the Rams. In both their losses, the Chiefs still showed great sk
