Cleveland Browns 2018 Draft Class Review

With the 2018 NFL Draft behind us, it’s time to begin the review process on how each team stacks up with the selections they’ve made. The Browns had quite a haul with nine picks in this year’s draft including first overall, let’s review…   Cleveland Browns 2018 Draft Class Review: Round 1 – Pick 1 (1) Baker Mayfield (QB) While ADF isn’t the biggest Baker Mayfield supporter and the pick came as quite a shock to us believing Cleveland would’ve drafted Sam Darnold with the first pick, this is an intriguing selection to say the least. In reviewing Baker’s college tape it was clear the system in Oklahoma was geared toward finding avenues to exploit Mayfield’s talent rather than pigeon-holding him into a program that could produce failed results. ADF does believe in Baker’s ability to throw precise balls with pin-point accuracy and perfect touch allowing his receivers to make plays after the catch, which happened a lot in Oklahoma. This is it for the NFL Draft speculation as all our questions will be answered come 8pm Est. time today as the real NFL Draft will get underway. Lots of smoke has been thrown out to confuse and to gain leverage as team’s jock for position to select their coveted player. 2018 NFL Schedule Review

It’s always great to break down the full NFL schedule upon its release to highlight some of the best potential match-ups on the docket. While things can change on a dime as we enter the season and beyond while watching team aspirations shift very quickly. As of today, ADF highlights the best matchups per week for the new league year. Week 1 Atlanta Falcons @ Philadelphia Eagles (Thursday Night Football – Season Opener) The NFL continues to open the year with last season’s Super Bowl Champion hosting a stronger opponent to help the hype for kick-off weekend. This game should be a dandy as the Falcons look to get back on track with their winning ways. The Eagles might be without Carson Wentz for this contest as he recovers from his ACL injury. Still should be a great showing to open the season.     Houston Texans @ New England Patriots
