HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! PLACE YOUR BETS!!! Hard to believe that the holiday season is upon us, but here we go. There
is nothing like Turkey Day football to get the betting juices moving. Having
secured back-to-back weeks of just over 64% winners, the bank account is
feeling sound once again with winnings.
The three games on Turkey
Day showcase a couple good matchups that should bring with it a high level of
entertainment. With that said, we must remain vigilant in our process to nail
all three contests. It seems Vegas has placed sound odds on most week 13
contests which should be conducive to winning even more. Let’s start the week
on a positive note and collect on all three. Happy Thanksgiving and good
luck.

In our eyes it appears Vegas has gifted us with a
lower more attainable spread with Detroit possibly missing their backup (now
starter) Jeff Driskel at quarterback. Early reports suggest a sore hamstring
which could preclude him from playing in this contest. If that is indeed the
case, the rumor is an undrafted rookie will take the reins.
While the Lions will be supremely shorthanded if
Driskel doesn’t suit up, the Bears are too dealing with their own level of
inadequacy. The offense remains an issue and will require a massive change to
improve their chances at reaching the postseason. Rookie David Montgomery needs
to be much better and we feel this could be the game he gets on track. Mitchell
Trubisky has shown some level of improvement over the past couple weeks doing
enough to gain victories. Nevertheless, this Bears defense will be ready no
matter who is at quarterback. This spread looks like an early Christmas gift.

This is the contest we are extremely excited to view as the 8-3
Buffalo Bills take travel to Dallas to face off against the Cowboys. While the
Bills have played very sound football this season, this is a giant test to see
if they actually belong or if they’re just pretending. Josh Allen will need to
be near perfect in his overall game to not give up points due to turnovers. The
Bills defense has proven to be the strength of this club and should give Dak
Prescott a run for his money.
The Cowboys on the other hand have underachieved so far this
season and the blame could be placed on poor coaching over execution. The
reason we say this is that the usage of Zeke Elliott has again been tapered off
for no good reason. Granted, Prescott has thrown the ball very well and sits
atop the NFL rankings in statistics, establishing the run should be the plan in
this one first and foremost. Both teams have the ability to strike quick, but
that advantage goes to the Cowboys greatly over the Bills. This one should be a
lot closer than the line indicates with the Bills possibly pulling the upset.

With the final matchup on the Thanksgiving slate, we get a rematch
of two teams who met a couple weeks prior. With Drew Brees returning to action
in that previous contest, the Falcons took advantage with a fantastic game plan
which upset the Saints and shocked the viewing public. Now with this contest
being played in Atlanta, what should we expect?
While New Orleans has clearly gotten back on track, there still is
something missing from their overall output. Alvin Kamara isn’t running with
the same vigor as seen in the past. Needless to say, the Saints still remain
the cream of the crop in the NFC and should dissect the tape from this last
contest between the two.
The Falcons on the other hand have played sound defense in two of
the last three games resorting back to old habits last week. Vegas is clearly
banking on that game to set the stage for this one. While this spread did trip
us up, we must go with Drew Brees to prove that first meeting was a fluke.
