Diving into that magical 2019 season, the Chiefs avoided complete disaster when Patrick Mahomes knee cap was dislocated on that quarterback sneak. That was a massive point of the year as this club was on a two-game losing streak and at that time weren’t playing their best football. Defense was the major concern as they really struggled to maintain, while the opposition found holes and scored many points. During that week seven contest, many fans and onlookers believed Mahomes would be lost for the entire season. On the fol

Los Angeles Chargers Offseason WorkBook - 2020

Los Angeles Chargers 2019 Record: (5-11) 4 th AFC West     2019 Season Recap: Offense Points:  21.1 (21 st ) Yards:  367.4 (10 th ) Pass Yards:  276.6 (6 th ) Rush Yards:  90.8 (28 th ) Defense Points: 21.6 (14 th ) Yards:  313.1 (6 th ) Pass Yards:  200.2 (5 th ) Rush Yards:  112.8 (18 th ) Looking back at the 2019 edition of the L.A Chargers, injuries and grave disappointment again filled the landscape. This unit was still filled with ample amounts of talent but just couldn’t get out of their own way finishing with one of their worst records in recent memory. Having their star running back Melvin Gordon hold out in hopes to garner a new contract, you could see the offense was playing at 100%, even upon his return. Losing Derwin James for basically the entire season, the defense played admirably but couldn’t put it all together on a weekly basis. The major issue for this club rested in the poor overall rush attack and the diminishing thr

Los Angeles Rams Offseason WorkBook - 2020

Los Angeles Rams 2019 Record: (9-7) 3 rd NFC West     2019 Season Recap: Offense Points:  24.6 (11 th ) Yards:  374.9 (7 th ) Pass Yards:  281.2 (4 th ) Rush Yards:  93.7 (26 th ) Defense Points: 22.8 (17 th ) Yards:  339.6 (13 th ) Pass Yards:  226.6 (12 th ) Rush Yards:  113.1 (19 th ) For what transpired in 2019 became a far cry from the club which reached the super bowl the season earlier. Coach Sean McVay was being crowed as an offensive mastermind in how he was able to transform this offense and young passer – Jared Goff. While losing the super bowl in the fashion they did, we fully expected a hangover in 2019, and that’s exactly what we got. Looking at the Rams statistically, they still managed to produce a great deal, but were far less consistent when you review the tape week-to-week. While Goff still managed to produce a healthy 4638 yards passing, finding the endzone with heavy regularity became the largest obstacle on this offense.

When Mike Mayock came to the Raiders as the new general manager – his goal was to make this club expeditiously better. One of those moves was trading for Brown from the Steelers. While Brown appeared to be a team player, his tenure and exit was documented with every circus step. After seeing more than enough of the sideshow, Brown was given his release and the Raiders moved forward. For the positives, the Raiders held a massive amount of draft capital for the 2019 NFL draft and selected many new talents that should be fix
